You guys! The nest above was made by a pair of eagles and is 20 feet deep. That’s over 6 meters which means nothing to me, but means something to most people in the world who don’t live in America. Did they just get started and then were unable to quit building? How many baby Eagles were they expecting? I have so many questions.
Turns out, there’s quite a lot I didn’t know about nests and animals making nests and people risking their LIVES to peel bird spit nests off high up caves while standing on rickety ladders to sell them for lots of money so people can eat them in soup. Now I know a little more than I did before.
I hope everyone had a great weekend. We made it to the beach and everyone was happy then we pushed a bit too hard with lunch out and three out of five melted a little (one was me of course). Live and learn. Or if you’re me, forget and try again soon.
I’m so encouraged by all practitioners, parents, siblings, friends, and most of all, those fighting for communication by working hard every day to spell letter by letter. I’m very thankful to be a part of this community.
